I love my guestbook! I get so many cool, encouraging comments that really keep me motivated for this book and site. Even though I've only recieved about 80 (I've actually gotten around 130...but a lot of them were advertsisements that I deleted) each one of them is totally amazing! But I have a goal....making it to 100 guestbook signatures. Many other websites have achieved this goal already, so I thought I should try as well.
But then I began thinking...whats so exciting about a guestbook challenge? Why would people wanna sign my guestbook?? And thats when I came up with this- a fantastic, fast pased competition wih prizes, writing, and tons of fun. Here's how it works:
1. First, we must make it to our goal of 100 signatures! We only need about 25 more, so it shouldn't be too difficult! Remember: all the signatures MUST correspond to the rules, or they won't count.
2. All participants will recieve a certificate to place on their website, or just print out! However, the lucky and final signer will recieve a PERSONALIZED certificate, along with their very own advertisement to be placed the website.
3. The celebration and contest will begin! All the people who participated in the guestbook signing, will be autimatically entered in the contest. What kind of a competition? A writing one! Competitors will recieve random challenges that have to do with writing, and must have them finished by a certain time. I (the judge) will choose the best pieces to enter the next round- there will be seven rounds like this.
4. Winners will be announced, players will be congratulated, etc. The winner of the whole thing will WIN a special prize (to be announced)...
Your signing MUST correspond to the following regulations. If not, it will be deleted and will not be counted:
1. Your signing must not include any profanity or innapropriate language. Hate comments, insults, streams of curses, etc. will not count.
2. Your signing cannot be random and immature (this is spam.) Example: I like poo. This is sooo immature and disgusting.
3. Your signing cannot be an advertisement.
4. Your signing MUST include some sort of feedback on the site, and at least one specific comment. Example: I like your site, but the links page was really disorganized.
